The MEAL Officer will support data collection and processing as part of the Skills to Succeed research project. The post holder will coordinate the work with the NGO partners and the survey firm to ensure the research design is respected and the appropriate data is collected and processed according to procedure.
Reports to: Project Coordinator
Dimensions: This post holder will work closely with SCI's Bandung-based Program Coordinator and the US-based Research Team, and also National MEAL Specialist to ensure coordination between the research and implementation activities of the project for S2S project. The MEAL Officer will be most heavily involved in the project during the roll out and baseline data collection and thereafter involved largely during the midline and endline data collection phases.
