Requirements

2-3 years of Mobile & Web programming
Working knowledge with native android/IOS,php/Java/Net.
Working knowledge with JQuery, AJAX, and DHTML
Working knowledge with various database (i.e. MySql, MSSql, PosgressSql)
Excellent analytical, problem solving & debugging skills
Obsessive level of attention to details, structure & a burning need to produce well formed, organized code.
The ability to juggle various projects and handles tight deadlines in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Additional "nice to have" requirements / personalities:

Familiarity with general software development methodologies and design patterns.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop to cut up design comps.
Experience with mobile platform solutions (i.e. android / iPhone applications)
In pursuit of constant change, new trends and emerging technologies that can greatly improve your solutions and the quality of our company output.
Humble & deep hunger for learning.
Fluent in English, both in reading & writing.
Good team player, proactive, hard worker, fast learner, self-motivated, responsible & result-oriented.
