Consultant to develop Local Economic Development PcDP 
Description of the assignment: Develop community production house mechanism ; Develop distribution strategy and promotion strategy and strengthen marketing networks of production house; Develop financial arrangement of each beneficiaries/groups ; Develop Local Economic Development Agency (LEDA) for District Sarmi and oversee the work of LEDA; Oversee the implementation of each deliverables ; Liaise with provincial government to report progress regularly and promote their engagement; Coordinate closely with district level government for the day to day implementation of the project basis; Supervise the LED Associate and LED field assistant.
