Position : Anti-Corruption Day Consultant –
Publication
and Event (team Leader)
Duration of Contract : 25 days
BACKGROUND
MSI SIAP 1 supports a key Indonesian state agency in its campaign on corruption prevention by
intensifying its public engagement with the public through creative approaches. Using the momentum of the International Anti-Corruption Day (December 9th),
the
activities seek to build public awareness and understanding for the community and encourage people to fight against corruption. To
create focused and sustainable anti-corruption movement, MSI SIAP 1 seeks
experienced consultants to further assisting in community engagement,
publication, communication strategy and creative design.
Objectives
- Improve networking with local communities to support Anti-Corruption Campaigns in the city where the Anti-Corruption Day will be held.
- Improve communication and outreach channels to increase awareness and engage active participation from the community in order to support anti-corruption movement through Anti-Corruption Day.
- Support the Anti-Corruption Day activities with creative designs to encourage and influence the public to participate and support anti-corruption movement.
Tasks/ Scope of Work
1.
Develop
specific strategy to engage the public in participating in the main events of anti-corruption
day (Develop overall main event programs, and media engagement for massive-nationwide
engagement) (5 days)
2.
Conduct
coordination meeting with the State Agency and MSI to report and discuss about
the progress (5 days)
3.
Conduct
coordination meeting with other team member, artists, guest stars and
participants in terms of preparation and execution of the event, especially for
various art activities that consist of music, culture, theatre, exhibitions and
murals (6 days).
4.
Organize
cultural parade and other cultural activities and advise the
State Agencies sub-contractor (Event Organizer) and supervise all of preparation and
implementation of anticorruption day (6 days)
5.
Develop
the report of publication and event activities (3 days)

Qualifications
1.
Experienced in large scale Public
movement, nationwide event, campaign and/or engagement activities
2.
Experienced in working
collaboratively with Government Agencies, Communities and Stakeholders
3.
Minimum 5 years
of relevant experience in Public movement, campaign and/or engagement
activities
4.
Experienced in maintaining
network with related organization and communities
5.
Be able to work in team
