Project Coordinator/Prevention Officer
 S/he will be responsible for the overall management and implementation of the FHI360-Indonesia prevention program with the Uniform Services. Will be responsible to coordinate and produce  program deliverables (workplan, quarterly/annual reports, success stories,etc) as per project requirement, to the funder, TNI and FHI360.  S/he will provide technical assistance and support to the Indonesian Military (TNI) and Ministry of Defense (MOD/Kementerian Pertahanan) in aspects of  program design, roll out of the prevention program/social-behavior change communication intervention activities. Oversee  monitoring and evaluation of the program. Ensure close collaboration for technical coordination across other programs and with partner agencies as appropriate. Provide technical assistance in the design, module development and execution of trainings, and in the development of  IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) materials. Lead and supervise a team executing this program. 
Minimum Requirements:
·         Master degree in public health, environmental health, health promotion or related field, and with more than 3 years of experience. Or, a Bachelor degree with more than 5 years of  experience is required.
·         Work experience in public health, particularly in HIV/AIDS is essential. Experience  can be in the government sector, PVOs/INGOs or with NGO.
·         Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills in English is required.
·         Past experience with project management and supervisory experiences is a plus.
