Save the Children needs a Consultant for Baseline study in Belu. It is conducted at the beginning of ECCE (Early Child Center Education) – SETARA (Strengthening Education through Awareness and Reading Achievement) project implementation as an initial data collected that will be compared with end line study to determine how much a particular program intervention has contribute on changes.
