PLAN INDONESIA YEE Projeck Manager Central Java

Due to organizational new structure,  Plan Indonesia is looking for a dynamic Indonesian national to fill the position of:
 YEE  Project Manager – Central Java (Semarang Based )

I.                     JOB SUMMARY:

To support the design, planning and implementation of the YEE Project  in Central Java, manage partnership, and ensure proper documentation and reporting to the donor
 

II.                    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (R) AND TASKS (T):

R.1.      Program Planning

 T.1.     Support the planning and design of project implementation strategy,   
           logframe and budget with clear milestones, and get these approved by the donor
 T.2.     Develop and submit a consolidated annual work plan on the basis of the area 
           project specific plans.   
 T.3     Communicate with CO YEE team and donor on program planning and budget 
 
R.2.         Program implementation inline with the project design and planning
T.1.      Coordinate program implementation with YEE  National Project Manager and
            other YEE team members
T.2.      Linkage PU’s and area specific programs with overall program design
T. 3      Monitor, Coordinate, and Supervise partners and related stake holders for
             provision of technical  support services and reseach Develop and coordate 
             scalling up strategies
 
R.3 Communication, Monitoring and Reportin
T.1     Conduct Monitoring to program implementation in Central Java and facilitate
          discussion and coordination between all YEE partner institution and Plan Program
          Unit office in the field.
T.2     Maintain communication with YEE Program Manager and team  on
          program planning and implementation
T.3     Monitor program progress (outcomes and results) and expenditure
T.4     Prepare progress reports for internal Plan use to YEE National Project Manager
T.5     Contribute to newsletters, periodicals  and other publications by Plan Indonesia,
          Plan international and outside
T.6     Communicate about the program with outside parties
T.7     Represent CO YEE team
 
R.4      Networks and Learning
T.1       Establish external networks in order to strengthen the implementation of YEE
            program, to  exchange experiences and to scale up program implementation
T.2      Seek innovation and put in place improved learning practices within and outside
           the program
III. PERFORMANCE INDICATOR              
·         Right budget spending
·         Timely and accurately of community advance liquidation (project liquidation)
·         Compliance report to the audit standard
 
IV.     COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
·         S1 – Social  science
·         Master Degree
Experience  :
 
·  5 (five) years project management experience preferably in youth empowerment, Livelihood, MSME development or vocational training or TVET
·         Experience in managing grant project
·         Experience in representational roles
·         Experience in promoting and developing learning in the  area of expertise
·         Demonstrated experience working with local partner and local governments
                  Knowledge and Skill:
·         Good understanding about gender, life skills, career counseling and TVET
·         Good understanding on employment
·      Good understanding about Youth Economic Empowerment ( YEE ) concept and practices
·         Good facilitation and communication skill
· Good networking with government organization, non government organization, and others relevant institution
·         Good interpersonal skill and team work
·         Understand about human right, youth and child right
·         Good adaptation and familiar and sensitive to local culture and custom
·         Good computer skill and Writing skills in English
·         Willing to travel extensively (75 %)
