UCLG ASPAC (United Cities and Local Governments Asia
Pacific) is the world’s largest Section from eight others and its office is located
in Central Jakarta, Indonesia. It is an international organization as the key
knowledge management hub on local government issues in the region and becomes
the only worldwide local government organization to be recognized by the United
Nations.
UCLG ASPAC links to more than 7.000 local governments and represents
over than 3.76 billion people - more than half of the world population - and
incorporates economically fast developing countries such as China, India and
Indonesia.
To make the visual appearance of the website more attractive
and eye-catching, we want to create a new one. The expected new website of the
organization should include this following criteria:

Still use the same URL’s address: www.uclg-aspac.org
2.
Applications are available for android, mobile
and any modern gadgets
3.
Tools are available to upload photos, podcast
video, graphic materials, and others
4.
Available in various languages: Indonesian,
English, Chinese, and Korean
5.
Friendly-use and easy to upload, revise
articles, photos, video podcast
6.
Dynamic template
7.
Links are available with any social media
including FB, Google+, Path, Twitter
We invite you –either individual or business company—to
submit your quotation proposal, citing this following criteria:
