Save the Children seeks Consultant for Child Led Video Development of PDAK

The Family based Care project established a new way of providing support to vulnerable families through a model called the Child and Family Support Service model (in Indonesian this is called the Pusat Dukungan Anak dan Keluarga or (PDAK), to ensure the quality child protection and care in Bandung Municipality through case management process. In the other hand the legal reform of child care intstitution is gradually changed through National Standard Care Policy to prevent and take care the vulnarable children who are living in family from the unnecessary separation.

Since 2010, PDAK in Bandung Municipality had been reunifying the 147 children to their families. The services delivered through case management approach, in which prioritizing and sensitizing the children right and protection; to assess and review their placement of children, and child intake and referral needs, care plans (including supporting the reunification of children with their families, if appropriate), and follow up care plans.
