Save the Children seeks HR Coordinator based in Jakarta

Since 1919, we have been fighting for children’s rights, saving their lives and providing hope for brighter futures worldwide.  In Indonesia, Save the Children currently works in eleven provinces, has staff of approximately 200 local professionals, and programming in Child Protection, Education, Health and Nutrition, Disaster Risk Reduction, and Humanitarian Response.  Save the Children in Indonesia is seeking to fill the following position:

HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR

1 position, based in Jakarta

Code : HRC

ROLE PURPOSE:

As a member of the Extended Senior Management Team, the HR Coordinator shares in the overall responsibility for the direction and coordination of the Country Office. The HR Coordinator in his/her capacity is responsible for Human Resource administration and the direction, supervision, capacity-building and evaluation of staff, in both emergency and development settings.
