Background
Farsight is a social enterprise with a mission to design and deliver tools for people who want to improve the world. Our team has long experience in Indonesia and we are expanding our services to provide the government, private sector and donors with the highest quality of strategic consulting available internationally. We are currently in search for a Indonesian migration expert with a research background.
For upcoming consulting assignments, Farsight is looking for someone with a sound background in migration and research. Most likely the expert has experience with crosscutting themes like foreign domestic workers, climate change, law, social services, children and policies.
Requirements
* Professional experience of 5+ years, with a relevant degree and evidence of consulting achievements in migration.
* Experience in quantitative and/or qualitative research.
* You must possess an Indonesian passport.
* Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
* Innovative, “can do” mentality, flexible and dedicated to migration issues.
* Good interpersonal skills, organized, and ability to work independently with good eye for deadlines.
* Willingness to travel.
