Save the Children seeks Human Resources Director based in Jakarta

Save the Children is an international NGO and the world’s top independent charity for children in need. Since 1919, we have been fighting for children’s rights, saving their lives and providing hope for brighter futures worldwide.  Save the Children’s programs in Indonesia is implemented by Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik. We currently work in eleven provinces, have staff of approximately 300 local professionals, and programming in Child Protection, Education, Health and Nutrition, Disaster Risk Reduction, and Humanitarian Response.  We are currently seeking to fill the following position::



HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR
1 position, based in Jakarta
Code : HRD

 
ROLE PURPOSE:
The Human Resources Director will be accountable for the provision of effective HR services in both emergencies and development programming contexts. The post holder will act as a business partner providing strategic and technical advice to Senior Management Team (SMT) to the organisation is able to attract, grow and retain high performing staff.

The post holder will lead the HR team in designing, implementing and monitoring of the end to end human resources processes and systems in the country from human resources planning, resourcing, performance management and development, reward and remuneration, employee relations and compliance with internal standards and government labour laws.
