Job Summary: S/he will work under the supervision of and directly support the Finance Officer in processing payments, data entry, bank reconciliation, preparing monthly financial report, review of Landscape office’s monthly reports and review of Grantee’s financial reports. The assignments are including handling petty cash, preparing monthly tax payment and maintaining finance files.
Requirements include previous experience in processing payments, internet banking, in a similar position for an NGO or an international organization; familiar with accounting software such as QuickBooks is preferred; familiarity with USAID procedures and regulations; and demonstrated ability to play collegial and leadership roles working on multi-disciplinary teams. University degree in related field required.
