|  RTI International is accepting applications for an anticipated Research and Development Technical Assistant Activity in Indonesia entitled Unlocking Innovation for Development.  This activity will be for eighteen months and the team will work closely with and support the Government of Indonesia. Successful candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with English highly desirable. RTI is an equal opportunity employer.   Provincial Coordinator (National Candidate) will represent the project in East Java and will conduct overall program management including coordination of program activities in the region with provincial and district stakeholders. The Provincial Coordinator will oversee the activities of the Finance Specialist and have overall responsibility for all financial and administrative matters in East Java. Qualifications: Master’s degree and 12 years of experience or Bachelor’s Degree and 16 years of experience, with 10 years of management experience working with local governments preferably in East Java. Public Oversight Specialist (National Candidate) will lead capacity development of provincial and regional interest groups and elected councils to mobilize demand for improved services delivered by local governments, focusing on health, education and economic development. Will work with local governments to establish guidelines and regulations related to Maternal Health Care and facilitate establishment of sustainable platforms for citizen-government interactions. Qualifications: Master’s degree and 12 years of experience or Bachelor’s Degree and 16 years of experience with experience in community development and application of governance related to public service delivery.  Senior Health Governance Specialist (National Candidate) will ensure effective implementation of health service improvement.  He/she will oversee the health program in East Java and support the consolidation, replication, and documentation of the project health’s program. Qualifications: Master’s degree and 6 years of experience or Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of experience with an in-depth knowledge and experience related to the institutional/organizational and technical resources of health management and health services at the regional level.   Finance and Operations Specialist (National Candidate) will be responsible for finance and accounting functions for the activity ensuring that the client’s financial management policies are properly implemented, and all transactions are properly processed, recorded and reported on time.
