Job Opening WVI : 2 positions for Civil Society Organizations Empowerment Project

Wahana Visi Indonesia is a Christian humanitarian organization working to create lasting change in the lives of children, families and communities living in poverty. Wahana Visi Indonesia has been working for more than 15 years, employing more than 800 staff  in the programs and serving 1,400 of the poorest villages.  Our focus is on programming effort on health, education and economic development across transformational development, humanitarian emergency affairs and advocacy ministries.

Wahana Visi Indonesia is currently seeking the following positions :


1. Advocacy Coordinator of CSO Empowerment Project  (Code: ADV-Coord CSO)

Location : Sintang, Kalbar

Major Roles:
This position is responsible to Providing leadership and technical support on advocacy approach to Civil Society Organizations (CSO) Empowerment Project and ensuring the projects meet its advocacy goals to strengthen capacity of CSO to improve policy implementation and monitoring of the basic health and welfare cluster of Child Friendly City/District (CFC/D) framework. 

Qualifications:
-  Bachelor degree in Public Policy, International Development, Social Works or Management.
-  Min. 3 years experiences in advocacy/Citizen Voice of Action works for district or provincial level or in community development work.
-  Extensive experience in Government regulation development process.
-  Good analytical thinking.
-  Good interpersonal and communication skills.


2.  Research Coordinator of CSO Empowerment Project  (Code: RC-Coord CSO)

Location : Sintang, Kalbar

Major Roles:
This position is responsible to Providing leadership and technical support in public policy research  and produce deliverables in accordance to project requirements to strengthen capacity of Civil Society Organizations (CSO) to improve policy implementation and monitoring of the basic health and welfare cluster of Child Friendly City/District (CFC/D) framework. 

Qualifications:
-  Bachelor degree in Public Policy, International Development or Social Work.
-  Min. 3 years experiences in action research.
-  Experience in Government regulation development process
-  Strong analytical thinking.
-  Good interpersonal and communication skills.
