Hiring Micro-Coaching Officer

Workplace Options’ largest social business initiative, Micro-Solutions is
hiring.


Micro-Solutions, through its interactive text-based coaching, aims to equip
factory employees with life skills that promote behaviour-change. Our
programs focus on improving factory workers’ wellbeing, health and
financial functions both at workplace and at homes. Micro-Solutions
provides micro-coaching (including but not limited to parenting, wellness
and financial planning), corporate communication tools, and accurate and
timely data services to factories across Indonesia. Currently, we work with
over 50,000 factory employees in Indonesia and have plans to grow
exponentially by the end of the year.

We are seeking a candidate who is a fast learner, resourceful and
result-oriented to join our dynamic team to fulfill the role of *Micro-coaching
Officer.*

Roles and Responsibilities:

§ Coach factory workers on personal wellbeing topics such as but not
limited to stress management, parenting, relationship, health and career

§ Deliver structured as well as open-ended coaching services; escalating
safety concerns to the clinical department

§ Lead quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation of data

§ Perform other relevant tasks within capacity and position

Qualifications:

§ Strong problem solving skills

§ Flexible and strategic thinking skills

§ 5+ years of relevant experience:

Experience in mental health, counselling or coaching

§ Proactive and self-motivated

§ Highly organized and detail-oriented

§ Comfortable with technology and strong command of Microsoft Programing

§ Fluent Bahasa Indonesia, including excellent writing skills

§ Strong English speaking skills
