Due to organizational new STBM Project,  Plan Indonesia is looking for  2  dynamic staff  to be based in Nusa Tenggara Barat  for the position:
 
STBM Field Coordinator  Contract Based
 
Typical Responsibilities - Key End Results of Position:
Responsible for implementing and overseeing STBM project at district level in order to reach project objectives for three years period, in pilot area and replication area using government budget.Establish close coordination with local government agencies and District Pokja AMPL. Develop project’s financial and activity plan in quarter and annual basis as well as determining project’s annual objectives at district level. Responsible to develop trainings and workshops related STBM 5 pillars, involving outside expert/ facilitators or not.  Responsible to coordination meetings which involve local governments (district, sub district and and other stakeholders related STBM are conducted at district level, Responsible for advocacy activities targeting local government in order to reach project objectives including to establish STBM district strategic planning, policies and budget allocation at district and village level to mainstream STBM, both APBD, Dana Desa and BOK. Become Plan Indonesia’s point person at district level for STBM project implementation who coordinates all government agencies and other stakeholders including medias and universities in order to reach project’s objectives. Responsible to manage project budgeting and spending at district level to comply with project financial and activity plan.Responsible to develop strategy and approach for sanitation marketing and implementing sanitation marketing activities at district level. Responsible to lead develop tools monitoring and evaluation for STBM 5 pillars not only pillar one. Together with District POKJA AMPL develop monitoring and evaluation for STBM, especially 5 pillars in STBM, not only pillar one. Responsible to engage local CSO at district level to be involved within all key activities within STBM project, include routine monitoring. Responsible to develop quarterly, bi-annual and annual report for district and provincial government.
Requirements: Degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies or other relevant field with 3-5 years’ experience in any development works with demonstrated in project managerial skill.
Experience in representational roles, Experience in promoting and developing learning in the  area of expertise, Demonstrated experience working with local governments, Experience developing and writing proposals and reporting
Good knowledge and skills: Communication skills, analytical and conceptual thinking, Building and managing teams, networking, marketing, leadership, crisis management, human resource management, problem solving, negotiation skills
Fluent both Indonesia and English (oral and written)
Range Salary : IDR 6 300 000 – 9 000 000,-
