Job Description
Through
a competitive bidding process, The Asia Foundation will select an
organization to implement a baseline survey that will compile data for
the project’s Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Plan. The survey is
intended to provide key information regarding access to justice issues
faced by MAJU’s target groups.
Job Requirements - At least five years of experience conducting baseline research, including community surveys (fact to face interviews) and focus group discussions. We expect the core team to consist of at least three members and one member must have experience with gender integration and social inclusion;
- Excellent track record of high quality research planning and execution, preferably on topics relevant to MAJU;
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and experience working in a bilingual environment;
- Demonstrated experience interviewing marginalized or vulnerable communities or individuals, particularly one or more of the MAJU target groups;
