Extended due date: Seeking organization to implement baseline Survey for eMpowering Access to Justice (MAJU) Project

The due date for proposal submission has been extended to August 15, 2016. Please see revised table of events listed inside the  addendum.

The Asia Foundation seeks experienced candidates to implement Baseline Survey for the Empowering Access to Justice (MAJU) project funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

Job Description
Through a competitive bidding process, The Asia Foundation will select an organization to implement a baseline survey that will compile data for the project’s Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Plan.  The survey is intended to provide key information regarding access to justice issues faced by MAJU’s target groups.
Job Requirements 
  1. At least five years of experience conducting baseline research, including community surveys (fact to face interviews) and focus group discussions. We expect the core team to consist of at least three members and one member must have experience with gender integration and social inclusion;
  2. Excellent track record of high quality research planning and execution, preferably on topics relevant to MAJU;
  3. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and experience working in a bilingual environment;
  4. Demonstrated experience interviewing marginalized or vulnerable communities or individuals, particularly one or more of the MAJU target groups;

Before the COB (5 pm) on August 15, 2016,

Please include CVs of the core team members, at least three references, and simple budget for activities, not exceeding IDR 520,000,000.
