Project Manager
Qualifications : 
  • Minimum graduated with Bachelor degree (in any major), preferable Master degree
  • Min have 7 year work experience as Project Manager
  • Detail oriented and able to meet deadline
  • Well developed interpersonal skill and analytical skill
  • Fluent in English both written and oral
Jobdesc : 
  • Create a detailed work plan, schedule for project completion, review the project schedule, and determine the objective and measures upon which the project will be evaluate at its completion.
  • Build partnership and working closely with project key stakeholders including government agencies, CSO and media
  • Manage project staff and/or volunteers according to the established policies and practices of the project and organization.
  • Execute, develop, monitor, review, and establish the progress of the project and make adjustment as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
  • Write reports, monitor cash flow and narratives to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
  • Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase
Research and Policy Officer
Qualifications : 
  • Minimum graduated with Bachelor degree (in any major), specify in policy and research field is preferable
  • Min have 4 years work experience as Research and Policy Manager
  • Well develop and deliver on high-level strategic priorities, and experienced in the design and evaluation of practice and policy.
  • Skilled communicator and experienced in research and policy analytical skill, managing and developing a capable and skilled team.
  • Fluent in English both written and oral.
Jobdesc :
  • Drives the development and promotion of the project work realised through evidence-based work and data, strategic project oversight and frameworks.
  • Work with communities, organisational members, religious leaders, private sector, and government to develop solutions to issues facing communities.  Candidate will also be integral in the development of impact and outcomes
Media & Campaign Officer
Qualifications : 
  • Minimum graduated with Bachelor degree (in any major), specify in policy and research field is preferable
  • Min have 3 year work experience as Media and Campaign work field
  • Experience of working in a campaigning and/or lobbying environment
  • Experience of writing for a range of audiences and using different mediums to produce convincing, clear and succinct content e.g. blogs, e-actions, web and print
  • Experience of working with digital and social media
  • Experience of working with administrative systems
Jobdesc :
  • Project manage local and national campaigns and its media syndication
  • Support, engage and inspire campaigners at a local level
  • Ad hoc projects
  • Administrative support
Field Officers (Poso and West Java based)
Qualifications : 
  • Minimum graduated with Bachelor degree (in any major), specify in policy-campaign and research field is preferable
  • Minimum 5 years experience in implementing project at local/regional level
  • Experience in community based approaches
  • Experience in conducting surveys, managing data and statistics is desirable
  • Willingness to stay in local site and travel to construction sites all the time
  • Strong organizational skills and able to coordinate and manage a diverse array of activities and stakeholders
  • Commitment to humanitarian and human right principles and values
Jobdesc :
  • Identify and mobilize the skills and promote self-help approach within the communities and stakeholders
  • Build partnership and working closely with project key stakeholders including government agencies, CSO and media
  • Monitor progress and quality of activities at field level
  • Inspect on daily basis activities at field to ensure adherence to agreed standards and processes
  • Monitor the delivery, handling and utilization of materials at field
