In Indonesia, Plan International started to work in 1969 based on the memorandum of understanding with the Government of Indonesia. Currently we work in 4 provinces: Jakarta, Central Java, West Nusa Tenggara and East Nusa Tenggara and sponsors more than 40,000 children.
Due to organizational new YEE Project,  Plan Indonesia is looking for   dynamic staff  to be based in Bekasi ( West Java ) for the position:
 
KIAT MUDA Project Coordinator Contract Based
 
The KIAT MUDA ( komunikasi informasi akses teknologi untuk kaum muda )  coordinator is a coordinate position for Plan International Indonesia coordinate implementation responsibilities, and ensure positive representation of Plan International Indonesia in the field under YEE (Youth Economic Empowerment) project. She/he should ensure that the program is running smoothly based on the proposal design and objective, output and outcomes targeting by coordination and overseeing the project implementation of the field on regular base, and keeping up to date with contextual development.  Able to building a strong working relationship, link and networking with government TVET provider (BLKs), private TVET provider, civil society organizations government and private sector. Oversees the smooth flow for routine function (i.g, finance and administration, project staff) of YEE project and compliance with Plan International Indonesia and donor policies and procedures. She/he will report to National Project Manager and work closely with the rest of the team to facilitate the successful implementation and integration of YEE Project
 
Typical Responsibilities - Key End Results of Position:
 
Key Result Area (KRA) 1:  Program Planning
Indicator for success:Support the planning and design of project implementation strategy, log frame and budget with clear milestones, and get these approved by the donor.Develop and submit a consolidated annual work plan on the basis of the area project specific plans. Communicate with CO YEE team and donor on program planning and budget
KRA 2 Program implementation in line with the project design and planning
Indicators for success:Coordinate program implementation with YEE National Project Manager and team.Monitor, Coordinate, and Supervise partners and related stake holders for provision of technical support services and research.Develop and coordinate scaling up strategies
KRA 3: Communication, Monitoring and Reporting
Indicators for success:Conduct monitoring to program implementation in CEVEST Bekasi and facilitate discussion and coordination between all YEE partner institution.Maintain communication with officials and trainers at CEVEST Bekasi, YEE National Project Manager, YEE Advisor and team on program planning and implementation Monitor program progress (outcomes and results) and expenditure . Prepare progress reports for internal Plan use to YEE National Program Manager and YEE Advisor. Contribute to newsletters, periodicals and other publications by Plan Indonesia, Plan International and outside .Communicate about the program with outside parties. Represent CO YEE team. Involve in policy advocacy to the Ministry of Manpower in adopting YEE pathway
KRA 4: Networks and Learning
Indicators for success:Establish external networks in order to strengthen the implementation of YEE program, to exchange experiences and to scale up program implementation. Seek innovation and put in place improved learning practices within and outside the program
KRA 5: Others
Indicators for success: Participates in project staff meetings,Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the YEE National Project Manager, YEE Advisor and other working relation on Country Office.Organizing and coordination skills.Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments. Able working independently with minimum supervision. Able to work under pressure and meet the deadline
 
Requirements:
Masters or Bachelor’s degree(S-1) in Economic, Business, Social, Education, Training, HR or related field
Experience  : 5 (five) years project management experience preferably in Livelihood, MSME development or vocational training. Experience in representational roles. Experience in promoting and developing learning in the  area of expertise. Demonstrated experience working with local governments
Knowledge and Skill:Good understanding about Youth Economic Empowerment ( YEE ) concept and practices. Good facilitation and communication skill. Good networking with government organization, non-government organization, and others relevant institution. Good interpersonal skill and team work .Understand about human right and child right. Good adaptation and familiar and sensitive to local culture and custom. Good computer skill and Writing skills in English. Willing to travel extensively (75 %). Proven working experience with the community, government, private sector. Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.Conflict resolutions and/or mediation skills. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality. Word processing and/or data entry skills. Strong communication skills. Strong English skills. Bachelor’s degree in Economic, Business, Social, Education, Training, HR or related field.
Range Salary : IDR 7 000 000 – 13 000 000,-
