MCA-Indonesia Vacancy: Operations Officer and Administrative Coordinator

Millennium Challenge Account - Indonesia (MCA-Indonesia) is a trustee institution that represents the Government of Indonesia to implement a five-year (2013-2018) Millennium Challenge Corporation's Compact Program, a major pillar of the United States-Indonesia Comprehensive Partnership and the largest single pledge made by the United States to Indonesia to date.


MCA-Indonesia has three projects under Compact Program: Green Prosperity, Community-based Health and Nutrition to Reduce Stunting and Procurement Modernization. Our projects are designed, managed and implemented by Indonesians, for the Indonesian people. Our most important development work happens where it should be: the districts and the villages.
Our goal is to reduce poverty through economic growth. Our program is country-driven, reform-centered, and results-focused in order to maximize its effectiveness and long-term sustainability.

To reach the goal, MCA-Indonesia is seeking highly dynamic and deliverable-oriented professionals for a better Indonesia :


OPERATIONS OFFICER & ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR   

The Operations Officer/ Administrative Coordinator will support the Operations Manager in carrying
out his/her duties managing the overall the PM Project Operations in matters related to financial
management, procurement, operational support, project administration, and general services in
compliance to MCA-Indonesia and provide back-up for the PM Project Operations Manager in his/her
absence.
The incumbent will be in particular be responsible for the coordination of training and events
administration for day to day project operations to ensure seamless implementation of the training
and events program of all PM Project activities.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Financial Management:
·         The Operations Officer and Administrative Coordinator under the direction of Operations Manager is responsible for the following financial management related duties:
o   Ensure accuracy of transactions and report on a regular basis to the Operations Manager
o   Review and process incoming invoices in the form of Acceptance Memo and process it to Accounting System.
o   Review and process each Financial Documents.
o   Assists the Operations Manager with budget and activity tracking.
o   Assists the Operations Manager with preparation and coordination of the audit.
o   Responsible for the documentation of all financial transactions including developing and maintaining a comprehensive and efficient filling system.
