RTI International is seeking for highly qualified Indonesian candidates to fill the positions of:

 

Network Administrator focusing on Juniper firewall administration. The administrator would be based in Jakarta and working remotely, joining a US-based ITS Team. This position will provides support and implementation expertise in firewall administration and other networking responsibilities. Responsible for supporting and configuring various firewall technologies that support mission critical utility business operations. The highest system quality, reliability, and availability is essential to avoid impact to revenue activities, customer satisfaction, and safety. The applicant would be focused support and management of network operations at RTI International’s Regional Offices and Project Offices.

 

Provides the following functions : Troubleshoot connectivity and determine whether firewall, routing, server or application is the cause; Implement effective, secure changes working in conjunction with networking, application, and security teams; Perform regular firewall changes with high regard for quality/organization; Participate in on call rotation; DNS changes; Implement weekly changes via both command line and central management solutions; Monitor firewall and management systems for outages and signs of potential problems; Track and develop weekly and monthly metrics; Collect and input monthly firewall metrics.

Qualifications : 5+ years’ experience with Juniper firewalls, Strong Juniper SRX Firewall Administration experience, coming from a recent role focused on Juniper Firewalls, Must be strong with command line and GUI administration methods, Experience with Zenoss and Solarwinds monitoring tools is a plus. Knowledge of secure firewall policy creation, Available for 24/7 on-call support on a rotating basis, Ability to configure firewalls for NAT, VPN, rule consolidation and cleanup, Familiarity with integrating cloud services with on-site services, Experience in implementing local recovery and disaster recovery, Experience with scripting and automation (Ideally Python or Perl), Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience, Preferred Certifications: Juniper, Cisco.
