*Voice for Change Partnership Programme*

*Introduction*

SNV is an international not-for-profit development organisation, working in
38 countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. SNV specializes in
supporting the resourcefulness of development actors by developing local
capacities, improving performance and services, strengthening governance
systems, helping to create access for excluded groups and by making markets
work for the poor. Our global team of advisors use their specialist sector
and change expertise in Agriculture, Renewable Energy and WASH to
facilitate sustainable change in the livelihoods of millions of people
living in poverty.

*About **Voice for Change Partnership Programme *

In partnership with the International Food Policy Research Institute, the
Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of the Kingdom of
the Netherlands, SNV is launching in 2016 a five year programme entitled
Voice for Change Partnership. The programme will be implemented in 6
countries: Burkina-Faso, Honduras, Ghana, Kenya, Rwanda and Indonesia. The
programme’s main goal is to support progress in globally challenging topics
related to the Sustainable Development Goals, with a specific focus on
inclusion and equity issues. This goal is to be achieved by increasing
Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) capacities to participate, contribute
and influence strategic debates and policy-making processes.

We are looking for professional service of an individual/ company to
produce a 5 (five) minute documentary video profiling the objective of the
program and more importantly to share the fact and stories around FNS (Food
and Nutrition Security) and WASH (Water Sanitation Hygiene).

The project is currently being implemented in West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa
Tenggara, Lampung, and West Sumatera.

*1. Scope of Work*

o Develop overall concept and scenario.

o Visit the project sites and interact with the local communities to get
context.

o Develop the documentary script and storyboard to be used in the film.

o Interview selected interviewees which will include actual
beneficiaries (in Lampung and Lombok) and other related stakeholders.

o Video Shooting: all video material to be shot by a professional, using
broadcast quality mini DV cameras

o Editing. The video to be edited into the expected output by a
professional editor that will also include music, text, English subtitle),
and/or voiceover where needed.

o The 5 (five) minute video will consist of testimonies from the
interview (maximum 3 minute long) and a maximum 2 minute info/ video
graphic (content to be provided by SNV)

o This to be done in accordance with SNV brand passport and
communication guideline’

*1. **Deliverables *

Five minute 5 (five) minute documentary video on 10 DVDs and 1 Mp4 file to
be delivered to SNV no later than 16 December 2016 and later provide any
revision if necessary.

*2. **Timeline*

The estimated total number of days assigned is 35 days. The consultants
shall arrange their schedule to at least include the bellow processes:

• briefing meeting

• Preparation

• Production & Editing

• Evaluation meeting

*3. **Qualification Criteria:*

· More than five years of relevant experience

· Extensive experience in producing development work related
documentaries for international organisations with the aim of reaching both
local and international audiences.

· Excellent technical capacities Excellent written and
interpersonal communication skills in English and Indonesian

*5. **How to apply: *

the assignment;

assignment;
