RFA Mass Drug Administration (MDA) 2017

Request for Applications (RFA)
 
The ENVISION project, managed by RTI International and funded by USAID, is designed to provide assistance to the Ministry of Health to strengthen their  response to neglected tropical diseases (NTDs), focusing on the scale-up of mass drug administration (MDA). 
RTI is now seeking qualified organizations to be responsible for providing financial administration and technical support for mass drug administration (MDA) activities for lymphatic filariasis (LF) and soil-transmitted helminths (STH) in collaboration with 32 District Health Offices in Aceh, Bengkulu, Sumatra Selatan, Sumatra Utara, Sumatra Barat, Riau Islands, Sulawesi Tenggara, Java Barat, Kalimantan Timur and Kalimantan Barat (Organizations may apply to provide support to one or more of the 32 districts).  Responsibilities include disbursing and tracking funds, providing technical support, monitoring progress, and reporting use of funds and activity outcomes.
 
RTI is seeking applications from locally registered non-government organizations interested in providing these services as described in the RFA.  The period of performance for these grants is estimated to be 1 June 2017 to 31 December 2017.  The full RFA including a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) and application form may be obtained by sending an email  to lbarliantari@rti.org and write “RFA MDA 2017” in the email subject.  Deadline for any questions related to this particular RFA is 30 December, 2016.
 
Closing date for proposal submission is on Friday, 13 January, 2017 at 5:00 pm (Jakarta time).
