*Terms of Reference*

Lawyer Firm Services for Employment Matters

*1. Background*

Human Resources Department is currently in the process of reviewing all
aspects in Human Resources, most importantly Human Resources Legal and
Compliances and the existing Company Regulation, as well as the Human
Resources operations which currently used in the organization.

*2. Objectives*

In order to ensure that the organization complies with the Indonesian
legislation law and that all human resource aspects, including the rights
and obligations of the employees and organization as the employer are
comply with the prevailing labour law and updated regulations, we require
professional legal advice to review the existing employment agreements
template a provide advice on Human Resources operations.

*3. Scope of Work*The period of this service required is 15 February 2017 –
15 March 2017 with the specific scope of work:

- To review and modify the existing Employment Agreement template for
Indefinite and Definite, and to include provisions for violations to our
regulation (child safeguarding, code of conduct, fraud, etc), degree of
issuing warning letters as well as other detailed aspects which will need
to be included.
- To review and modify the existing Employment Agreement template,

specifically for Fundraisers, and to include provision to allow us to
terminate if the target not achieve or the employee commits fraud (without
any obligation to pay for the rest of the period) as well as other detailed
aspects which will need to be included.
- To develop strategy on bridging employment between the gap of project
periods

4. *Deliverables*

The deliverables should include:

- Template of Indefinite Employment Agreement
- Template of Definite Employment Agreement
- Template of Definite Employment Agreement for Fundraiser
- Strategy on bridging employment between gap of project periods
