MAHKOTA - Quantitative Evaluation Specialist (TNP2K)

The Government of Australia is supporting the Government of Indonesia under a program called MAHKOTA - Menuju Masyarakat Indonesia Yang Kokoh Sejahtera (Towards a Strong and Prosperous Indonesian Society). MAHKOTA is a flexible facility administered by Cardno that is able to respond to Government of Indonesia priorities, provide top Indonesian and international expertise, and allow the Government of Indonesia to take risks with innovating policy. MAHKOTA’s goal is “a comprehensive and equitable social protection system for the whole of Indonesia by 2025.” The outcomes of the program are

  • Quality of the national social protection system is improved
  • More comprehensive and joined up social protection and labour market policy is delivered;
  • Synergies with wider social and economic policy and planning are enhanced;
  • Government of Indonesia capacity to progress towards the goal is established and can continue without further Australian support.
 
As Managing Contractor of MAHKOTA Program, Cardno is currently recruiting for a Quantitative Evaluation Specialist for National Team for the Acceleration of Poverty Reduction (TNP2K) under the Monitoring and Evaluation Unit. The Quantitative Evaluation Specialist will support the M&E unit head in executing activities of M&E unit, He or She will be responsible in overseeing design, implementation and analytical work related to Monitoring and Evaluation of national poverty reduction programs using quantitative methods, including but not limited to impact evaluation. He or She is expected to provide inputs and technical support during the process of M&E proposal design, implementation, and analysis of information generated from field activities carried out by development partners and service providers.

The position is open to Indonesian nationals and permanent residents with authority to live and work in Indonesia.
 
Remuneration
A competitive salary package will be offered to the preferred candidate in line with local labour laws.
