The
 Australian Government through the Cardno-managed MAHKOTA program 
(Towards a Strong and Prosperous Indonesian Society) is supporting the 
Papua Provincial Government to design and implement a universal child 
grant pilot in three districts: Lanny Jaya, Asmat and Paniai. 
This will be the first provincial cash transfer in Papua. MAHKOTA will provide technical support for cash transfer operations. 
To
 support the pilot program, MAHKOTA is seeking District Coordinators to 
assist district-level Joint Secretariats on the day-to-day 
implementation of the program and to be a focal point for MAHKOTA and 
KOMPAK programs at the district level. This includes assisting the Joint
 Secretariat to socialize the program, registration and enrollment 
exercises, manage the beneficiary database system, facilitate training 
and capacity building of district and sub-district government officials,
 program monitoring and evaluation, and reporting.
This position requires travel within the district, including sub-districts and villages as well as Jayapura, Papua.
These
 are locally engaged positions and Indonesian Nationals or those with 
the right to work in Indonesia are encouraged to apply. The positions
