Yayasan Tunas Cilik seeks for Consultant for Final Evaluation - CREATIVE Project

Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik partner of Save the Children in Indonesia is changing for the better.  We've begun to build a national organisation that aims to be a strong, local, and self-sustaining voice for children in Indonesia namely Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik Tunas Cilik.  To this end, Yayasan has been designated as a “Prospect Member of Save the Children” which focuses on strengthening and localizing our voice for children in strategic middle income countries. Currently Save the Children’s programs in Indonesia is implemented by Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik. We work in eleven provinces, have staff of approximately 400 local professionals, and programming in Child Protection, Education, Health and Nutrition, Disaster Risk Reduction, and Humanitarian Response. We are currently seeking to fill the following position:

 
Position :




The ultimate objectives of conducting CRSA are to describe:
      1. Desk review on the recent situation and policy analysis including trend on CRC implementation refer to the General Comment and Clusters as follows:
Child rights governance (including investment in children)

  1. General comment No. 19 (2016) on public budgeting for the realization of children’s rights (art. 4)
Child protection

  • Family environment (Articles 5, 9, 10, 11, 18, 19, 20, 21, 25, 27)
  • Special protection measures (Articles 22, 37-40)
Child Poverty
  • General Principles (Article 2, 3, 6, 12)
  • Civil rights and freedom (Article 7, 13)
  • Family environment and alternative care (Article 19, 20)
  • Basic Health and Welfare (Article 6, 26)
  • Education and culture (Article 28)
  • Special protection measures (Article 30, 32)
Education

Education and culture (Articles 28, 29, 31)
Health and nutrition, hunger and livelihoods
Basic health and welfare (Articles 6, 18, 23, 24, 26, 27)
 
      1. General analysis and gaps of the principles and implementation of the rights of the child in public budget. (Refer to General Comment No.19, 2016)
      2. Recommendation for strategies development that will be developed by YSTC.
