Health and Nutrition, Child Right Governance, Child Poverty, Disaster

In partnership with the Humanitarian Leadership Academy based in London UK,

Cilik is facilitating the recruitment of a high qualified professional
to establish and oversee HLA operations in Indonesia.
We are currently seeking to fill the following postion:
Business Operations Manager – Indonesia Academy Centre

We’re
looking for a highly output orientated communicator and networker to
join us as Business Operations Manager to enable, provide support for,
and hold other
staff accountable for the development and delivery of the core services
and products of the Academy. This includes ensuring that Academy
policies, procedures and minimum standards are adhered to and applied
fairly at all times in relation to all business services.
The Role
In this
pivotal role, you will lead the Business Operation functions in the
Indonesia Academy Centre across multiple locations in East Africa,
ensuring provision
of quality support to operations in all countries where the Academy’s
work is being implemented. The role will include ensuring that the
planning processes take into account the centre’s strategy (and more
widely, that of the organisation as a whole), and
that the Academy’s impact is constantly being monitored; ensuring the
Centre has the systems, resources, and processes needed to effectively
deliver quality learning solutions; organising and overseeing the day to
day operations of the Centre.
The Person
To be
successful, you’ll be fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia with the
right to work in Indonesia. You may also need to be willing to travel
within the region
for short periods of time. With at least eight years of professional
experience of service delivery and program or project management support
in the development work and/or commercial sector, you will have robust
knowledge and understanding of the challenges
of business operations in the humanitarian sector. This includes strong
financial management aptitude and significant experience and knowledge
of budget and financial controls. You will also have experience of
managing grants from institutional donors, and
a solid working knowledge and experience of dealing with operations,
vendor management, and contracting.
