Position title: Training Instructional
Design Consultant
Project Overview:
The USAID-funded project,
Linkages Across the Continuum of HIV Services for Key Populations Affected by
HIV (LINKAGES), under the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR)
program is implemented by FHI 360 in partnership with Pact, IntraHealth International
and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and conducts a range of
activities to reduce HIV transmission among key populations (KP) — sex workers,
men who have sex with men, transgender persons and people who inject drugs —
and improve their enrollment and retention in care and treatment across the HIV
cascade.
In
LINKAGES Indonesia capacity development, we work with key population
organizations, government organizations/institutions/ agencies, private clinics
and public health facilities, building their capacity through various type of
capacity development tools and approaches. Through our theory of change,
LINKAGES links tools and methodology to support our partners to achieve greater
impact in their environment.
Scope of Works:

Developing
training curricula and agenda based on training unit assessment results
·
Creating engaging
learning activities and compelling course content
·
Working with
subject matter experts (unit teams) and identifying target audiences training
needs
·
Applying tested
instructional design theories, practice and method
·
Provide exercises
and activities that enhance the learning process
·
Create supporting
material to maximize learning output
·
Design evaluation
methods to assess training’s output and impact
Education:
·
Master degree of
Education or Education Psychology, Human Resources Management.
·
Bachelor degree
of Education with extensive experiences in training quality assurance
management
Requirement:
·
Have >7 years
experiences in training development materials and content
·
Able to
articulate training’s goal into competencies
·
Familiar with
curricula development, learning plans, evaluation and action plan
·
Experience as
trainer and facilitator through training, workshop, seminar or other form of
distance learning will be an advantage.
·
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office.
·
Related prior
work experience preferred.
Duration of Work:
120 working days.
