This is an exciting opportunity to join one of

We are now looking for Project Officer and Finance & Operation
Assistant to be based in our Lombok office.
1. Project
Officer.
The Project Officer is accountable
for working with implementing partners in Indonesia in the areas of project planning,
implementation, monitoring and evaluation to ensure the effective
implementation and coordination of project activities in line with agreed
project guidelines and objectives.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
-
Bachelor
Degree in relevant field – Public Health, Social Development
-
Strong
experience in project design, project management, budget development
and monitoring.
-
Successful implementation of
previous health projects and required outcomes
-
Proven ability to influence and work
with partners/stakeholders.
-
The ability to work independently and in a team
environment.
-
Experience in Eye Health
specifically (desirable)
-
Project management skills and
ability to meet deadlines and juggle several projects at the same time.
-
Excellent communication skills,
including fluency in written and spoken English, excellent report writing and
documentation skills.
-
Excellent knowledge and capability
utilising Microsoft Office software, internet explorer and e-mail.
2. Finance and Operation Assistant
This is a full time fixed term opportunity. The Finance and Operations Assistant is
accountable for the accurate and timely processing of data and activities that
support the effective running of the Lombok office
To be successful in this role you will possess:
-
Formal
qualifications in Finance or Business Administration
-
Previous experience working within International
NGO’s (desirable)
-
Understanding of accounting
principles
-
Strong communication skills
-
Highly proficient in MS suite of
products/advanced computer skills - Windows, Excel/Spreadsheets, MS Word
and accounting packages
-
Fluency in English and Bahasa
Indonesia, both oral and written
