OPEN REQUIREMENT - PR Ministry Of Health - Medicine Planning Staff

The Ministry of Health of RI and the Global Fund currently entering a new grant namely Indonesia HIV Response:  Eliminating the AIDS epidemic in Indonesia by 2030. The grant funds will be used to augment Government of Indonesia (GOI) funds for Treatment, Care and Support some of the enhancements in the acceleration, complete and medium coverage in 34 provinces and 231 districts/cities.

Under the 2018-2020 Funding period, the Principle Recipient of MOH (PR MOH) will continue implementing the pivotal roles of ensuring HIV Testing, Treatment, Care and Support, as well as other RSSH activities including: Health Management Information System and Monitoring and Evaluation, Integrated Service Delivery and Quality Improvement, and Procurement and Supply Chain Management System.

 In order to expedite and manage the implementation of the program effectively, the Project Management Unit (PMU) of PR MOH is currently seeking for proactive and high qualified candidate to fill the position:

Position	Degree	Work Experience
Medicine Planning Staff	Minimum Bachelor degree, desirable in health or pharmaceutical or other related fields.	·         Experience in calculating the HIV drugs  requirement such as making its delivery cost ·         Experience in monitoring the logistic drugs report in particular on timely delivery and confirmation that received drugs (ARVs) are in accordance the with the APBN and TGF protocols and standard ·         Experience in monitoring the delivery of ordered drugs (ARVs) to ensure timely delivery and confirmation that received drugs (ARVs) in provinces level are in accordance with demands and stock ·         Experience in providing regular drugs planning report ·         Experience in providing drugs management coaching to province and district/city under his/her responsibility..

 General qualification:

·         Demonstrates integrity and willing to travel as required.

·         Able to use IT skills eg. Computer literacy, in particular experience with MS Office, office software packages.

·         Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability.

·         Strong motivation and good team player with ability for multi- tasking.

·         Communication skills in English and Bahasa

·         Ability to work under extreme pressure and in complex setting.

·         Ability to work as a team work and provide guidance and advice to the PMU team.

·         Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
