About WRI Indonesia
World
Resources Institute (WRI) is an independent national research
organization that turns big ideas into action at the nexus of
environment, economic opportunity, and human well-being. WRI Indonesia
is affiliated with World Resources Institute (WRI), a global
environmental research organization that works with various stakeholders
to support policies and practices that are sustainable and profitable.
WRI works with leaders in more than 50 countries for more than 30 years,

citizen-science campaigns at both national and provincial level focusing
on South Sumatra and East Kalimantan. The activities will be combined
with land-use and supply chain modelling to assess restoration options
and overall land-use dynamics. WRI Indonesia's primary task within the
RESTORE+ consortium is to create a web-based platform that will allow
crowd participation and provide communicative and engaging display of
mapping and modelling results. WRI Indonesia will also coordinate with
other consortium partners in conducting participatory mapping and
citizen-science activities within the project.
