Vacancy with RTI - ENVISION Administration & & ProcOfficer

The ENVISION Project - a USAID-funded project managed by RTI International focusing on eliminating selected Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs) in collaboration with the Ministry of Health - is seeking highly qualified Indonesian candidates for the position of:

 

Administration and Procurement Officer to be responsible for the management of all project procurements and assist with processing service contracts, leases and rental agreements; coordinating logistics and travel arrangements; and supporting project trainings, workshops, meetings and surveys in the field in full compliance with RTI policies and procedures.

 

Qualifications: Master degree in relevant field or Bachelor degree with 1 years working experience in project procurement and administration. Proven experience in working collaboratively with Indonesian government units at all levels as well as local NGOs is preferred. The candidate must demonstrate an ability to successfully work within a team, have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple, high pressure activities. The candidate must also be fluent in English and have strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness and the ability to effectively communicate with individuals from diverse professional and social backgrounds with a service oriented attitude. Domestic travel may be required occasionally.
