Responsibilities and Scope

 

• Support TFT Communications Manager in developing, maintaining, and monitoring strategic content for communication tools and platforms such as employee communications, media and stakeholder engagement, as well as collaborate with TFT global Comms team on other communication initiatives
• Responsible for operational support of and engagement with TFT Communications Manager, SMT, TFT colleagues (regional and global), and external parties to develop and review content for employee communications, media and stakeholder engagement, and other communication initiatives
• Develop visual content, channel frameworks, brand creatives, and also measure efficacy of communication programs and channels (with vendor support on a need basis)

• Regularly monitor established tools, platforms, and processes to maintain high quality and speed-to-audience level, and report recommendations to enhance quality and efficacy to TFT Communications Manager
• Maintain database system and archive for all communication files and records (articles, photos, videos, graphics, audio memos, etc.) and inventory of communication equipment

• Managing timeline, developing tools and content, and collecting information from various sources in such a way that the process and results are clear and delivered at/with the agreed quality, quantity, and time
• Coordinating with diverse backgrounds, perceptions, and priorities across the regional and global organization
• Small yet diverse workforce In Indonesia, and being ably independent within small Communications team   

• Understanding and managing the complexities of issues faced by TFT and its Members/Clients as part of executing internal and external communications programs
• Technical expert role in publication and communication materials for all levels within TFT, and support of TFT Communications Manager as regional coordinator for Indonesia to global Comms team

• Extensive experience in production and stakeholder engagement with target audiences
• Take the lead in handling other third parties such as freelancers, consultants, and other relevant stakeholders.

 

 

Requirements – Candidate Profile Minimum Qualifications

 

• S1 (College/University) or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in relevant field and similar organizational setting
• Project management (level: accomplished)
• Visual production skills (photography, videography)
• PC skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Bahasa Indonesia (level: first language/native speaker)
•  English (level: fluent)

 

SKILL DESCRIPTIONS:

 

• On a technical level able to influence and negotiate with regional project collaborators within TFT and global Comms team, and shows potential for influencing upward and outward
• Propose, manage, and implement budget according to approved plan and within agreed parameters, as well as provide recommendations for budget efficiency, anticipate upcoming budgetary needs, and propose budget solution
• Expert graphic design skills (produces high quality materials for publication/broadcast purposes, etc.) and intermediate photography/videography skills (understands angles/lighting techniques, sound/audio management, etc.)
• Able to learn and adapt quickly, work under pressure and adhere to deadlines, yet capably navigate through unforeseen situational dynamics and matters of urgency
• Develop and present bilingual materials; prepared to handle questions (intermediate/advanced level); possesses strong ability to make different audiences understand complex ideas/concepts and influence their thinking; is a confident speaker and able to respond to questions with ease; able to connect the dots outside of the source material as needed; capably demonstrates audience engagement technique 

• Verbal: first language Indonesian, intermediate/advanced English
• Written: first language Indonesian, intermediate/advanced English (business writing), able to incorporate key organizational messages and other relevant points in a clear and concise manner
