SurfAid International is a nonprofit organization working for healthy and resilient communities in remote areas connected to us through surfing. With the head office in Medan, the community programs are implemted in Mentawai, Nias, Sumba and Bima.

THE JOB – LOGISTIC OFFICER ( POSITION IN NIAS)

Reporting to Program Manager, responsible to provide administration and logistics supports. Areas of work will include: procurement process, transportation and accommodation bookings, assets and inventory management.

The Person:

• Bachelor degree from any discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration , procurement and logistic principles, preferably with non profit organization
• Proven ability to plan, manage and monitor the effective use and safekeeping of fixed assets and financial resources
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to speak English is preferred.
