Yayasan Kasih Globalindo is a non-profit organization specializing in the diagnosis and management of HIV and sexually transmitted infections (STI). Yayasan Kasih Globalindo is opening a new health clinic that will provide comprehensive HIV and STI services.
This
clinic will be focused on early diagnosis and treatment of HIV to
preserve immune function and stop HIV transmission. We are looking for
dedicated, caring staff who will provide non-judgmental, one-stop
services for young people at risk coming from Jakarta and the
surrounding area.
Currently Yayasan Kasih Globalindo (YKG) is looking for:
- Nurse (NRS) - 2 persons
- Analyst Laboratory (AL) - 2 persons

A. Nurse (NRS) - 2 persons
Organizational Context
She/he is under the direct supervision and general guidance from the Medical Doctor of Yayasan Kasih Globalindo (YKG) She/he provides the health care/treatement services with ensuring high quality and accuracy of work to support the medical support team. She/he promotes a client oriented approach with focus on results.Function/Key Results Expected
Working with a HIV/AIDS and STI patients in professionally and client orieted approach Observing and recording patient behavior and symptoms and documented Consulting with physicians and other healthcare professionals Establishing treatment plans, operating medical equipment Performing diagnostic tests Administering medications and treatmentsImpact of ResultAccurate data entry and client oriented approach (through a solid team work, particularly in the Yayasan Kasih Globalindo), for enhancing the clinic capacity in the provision of efficient the HIV/AIDS health care and treatment services.Competencies

Minimum Diploma of Nurse Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of progressive responsibility in related work experience, preferably in handling the HIV/AIDS case Work experience within the HIV/AIDS program is a distinct advantage, and it is requirement.
B. Analyst Laboratory (AL) – 2 persons
Organizational Context
- She/he is under the direct supervision and general guidance from the clinic Coordinator of Yayasan Kasih Globalindo (YKG)
- She/he provides the laboratory services with ensuring high quality and accuracy of work to support the medical support team.
- She/he promotes a client oriented approach with focus on results.
Function/Key Results Expected
- Perform Laboratory tests including pre- and post-analytic phases in the day to for providing the clinic and other key partners the HIV/AIDS and STI testing.
- Produce and prepare the accurate and reliable data, interpret result and treat all data as the confidential information.
- Prepare and keep update the Standard Operating Procedure and adhere to correct procedure, policies and health/safety guidelines.
- Keep abreast of all industry developments and best practices for the laboratory and follow the methodologies in carrying routine tasks and approved by the clinic coordinator
- Research relevant topics and gather information data as needed
- Maintain document all activities, record results and insert/retrieve data and provide the administrative assistance as needed.
- Maintain the work area and Equipment

Recruitment Qualification
