Request for Proposal: Formulation of Monitoring and Evaluation Instrument and Guidelines for Expert Dispatch under the Framework of South-South Cooperation

The Government of Indonesia through the National Coordination Team for SSC Working Group 3, in cooperation with USAID through USIP 1 and GIZ through SSTC-NGG are looking for consultancy work for the development of monitoring and evaluation guideline for expert dispatch as well as other deliverables.

Interested institutions should submit their proposal no later than May 7, 2018 by email to admin@usip1center.org and aditya.alta@usip1center.org with the subject: “Proposal for M&E Instrument and Guidelines for Expert Dispatch.” Following documents should be included in your email:
  • Technical proposal detailing the team’s understanding about Indonesia SSC programs and the scope of work, proposed research method, timeline of performance (until November 2018), a description of relevant organizational experience, and a description of team structure and division of work.
  • Budget proposal detailing all necessary costs and remuneration for performing the requested tasks.
  • CV of each proposed team member which demonstrates experience in development of guidelines.
