Background
Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik (YSTC)
partner of Save the Children (SC) is planning a 2018 launch of a child health
initiative focused on pneumonia protection, prevention and treatment. To assess
and prepare for this opportunity, SC is conducting a situational analysis to be
completed by end of July 2018 to better understanding of the challenges,
possibilities, and partners for future efforts.
Purpose
YSTC,
partner of Save the Children International is seeking a research firm/institute
to conduct a situational analysis on child health advocacy related to pneumonia
in second quarter of 2018. This research will be basis for YSTC/save the
Children for future 3-year program on child health advocacy focusing pneumonia both
in national and sub national level.
Objectives
The
situation analysis has two objective as follow:
· To have comprehensive, extensive and detail analysis
on risk associated factors to child pneumonia along the protection, prevention,
and treatment including strategy to reach most marginalized community/people.
· To present advocacy initiatives/recommendations based on the analysis that can be
implemented in the national and sub national level.
