Chemonics seeks multiple Technical Specialists for the Anticipated USAID Indonesia Health Financing Activity (HFA)


Chemonics seeks multiple experienced technical specialists for the anticipated USAID Indonesia Health Financing Activity (HFA) based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The purpose of the Indonesia HFA is to improve the efficiency, equity, predictability and sustainability of the Government of Indonesia (GOI) financing for health by building the capacity within government and academic centers to analyze and design financing reforms. This Activity will use the financing lever to improve service delivery outcomes for USAID priority areas of HIV, maternal and neonatal health (MNH), and tuberculosis (TB). Ideal candidates will have experience working in the field of health finance, preferably with a focus on the priority areas. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world. Successful candidates will demonstrate leadership, versatility, and integrity.

Chemonics is seeking qualified long-term candidates with experience and demonstrated competencies in one or more of the following areas:  
·        Health Financing
·        Health Governance
·        Health Systems Strengthening
·        Local Governance
·        Health Administration
·        Community Mobilization
·        Public-Private Partnerships
·        Institutional Capacity Building
·        Public Financial Management
·        HIV
·        Maternal and neonatal health (MNH)
·        Tuberculosis (TB)
·        Monitoring & Evaluation
