Islamic Affairs Program Officer

Hadji Kalla Foundation is a social institution of Kalla Group which distributes the alms, and charity of the corporates within Kalla Group. The distribution in direct charity and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Established since 1984, Hadji Kalla Foundation is still existing to hel and empower the people through some programs : community development, dakwah, education and living environment. Currently, Hadji Kalla Foundation open the carrier opportunity for those who are interested and having high integrity, hard worker and responsible for the position below :

Islamic Affairs Program Officer

Responsibilities:

·         Able to supervise and monitor the program implementation of the grants on a daily basis..

·         Helps the planning of annual grant program.

·         Contributes to the making of  the operational budget  and prepare the data of  the proposed - budget and claim from the grantee.

·         Prepare the implementation report of the grantees  and evaluate their work performance based on the report.

·         Work colaboratively both internally within Hadji Kalla Foundation team and externally with the grants, government officer, academic institution, civil organization, and public) as an effort for social change through grant program.

·         Have the independent learning and reflection in term of building sustainability and quality of the work performance.

·         Other relevant tasks which is  incidentally needed.

Qualification:

·         Have minimum 3 years of work experience in civil organization (include NGO), multilateral organization, social institution, provate sector, government and/or consulant.

·         Have minimum D3 in Islamic Studies/Islamic Education.

·         Have minimum 1 year experience in leading a team.

·         Have a strong understanding of Islamic  policy, practice and issue in Indonesia.

·         Have a successful track record in managing Islamic program and building network.

·         Have a substantial knowledge about key issues, trends, and obstacles in Islamic affairs in Indonesia.

·         Have a good time management with focus on details.

·         Able to achieve the goals within the deadline.

·         Act as a social agent to trigger the motivation to get forward by building the collaboration with the functional group.

·         Show high interpersonal intellectual in term of nurturing the relationship in all sectors both internally and externally.

·          Able to formulate and develope the new approachment or alternative in solving the problem.

·         Have a good integrity shown by a  clean track record of the case and the rule from the previous work.

·         Have a good communication and able to present written and orally both in Indonesia  and English.

·         Able to use computer min. MS Word, Excel dan PowerPoint.
