Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik partner of Save the Children in Indonesia is changing for the better.  We've begun to build a national organisation that aims to be a strong, local, and self-sustaining voice for children in Indonesia namely Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik Tunas Cilik.  To this end, Yayasan has been designated as a “Prospect Member of Save the Children” which focuses on strengthening and localizing our voice for children in strategic middle income countries. Currently Save the Children’s programs in Indonesia is implemented by Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik. We work in eleven provinces, have staff of approximately 300 local professionals, and programming in Child Protection, Education, Health and Nutrition, Disaster Risk Reduction, and Humanitarian Response. We are currently seeking to fill the following position:

ADMIN AND LOGISTICS COORDINATOR – SUPPLY CHAIN

1 position, based in Jakarta

ROLE PURPOSE:

The Admin and Logistics Coordinator is to offer leadership and management support to the logistics and admin staff in Indonesia Country Office. The post holder will ensure the compliance to organization’s policies   and procedures in both emergency and development programing context, implementation of logistics requirement and offer training for both logistics and non - logistics staff. Play important role in Total Inventory Management (TIM) and Key performance Indicator (KPI) to assist senior logistics Manager to realize procurement plan implemented at timely manner and in line with core procurement guideline and organization policies.

Prepare monthly reporting, having better sense of office management, managing staffs and good knowledge in dealing with negotiations to supplier and conduct in formal quotation process, bidding, develop contract consultant, tax, advertisement, time management and good filing system.

In addition, the post holder will also have the following accountabilities:

• Prepare budget forecast for the next month cash projection for logistics department and submitted to finance on monthly basis as requested
• Collaboration with other Area Coordinator to keep procurement procedure are followed and update other logistics keys elements to others FO staffs.
• Able to develop Framework agreement and contract.
• Asset management to provide data base and update quarterly
• Assist senior Logistics Manager in managing logistics.
