Energi (YRE) was established on 19 November 2012 within the framework
of the Indonesia Domestic Biogas Programme (IDBP/BIRU), a program lead
by HIVOS with partnership with SNV. The establishment of
YRE is part of program strategy to enhance ownership of local actors in
biogas program, as an implementing partner of BIRU and trusted partner
of Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources c.q. Directorate General of New and Renewable Energy and Electricity Conservation, Rumah Energi is currently leading the domestic biogas sector development in Indonesia.
The organization is developing into an independent organization by establishing its own identity, define its vision, mission and values. The
organization constitution explains the organization purpose which is to
contribute in creating Resilience Society in Energy and Food, and leading a in Engaging People Towards Shared Renewable Energy Innovation and Knowledge.

Adhering to the the organization aim and mission, Yayasan Rumah Energi is now looking for a dynamic, passionate person aligned with the organization values , to fill the following position:
technical Field ASSISTANT (tFA) for south sulawesi based
Under
close supervision of the IDBP Provincial Coordinator (PC), in close
coordination with Deputy/ Program Manager (DPM), and Technical
Specialist (TS) from the National Biogas Program Support Office (NBPSO)
in Jakarta, the Technical Field Assistance (TFA)
takes the responsibility of quality control of biogas constructions and
necessary technical backstopping to the Construction Partner
Organizations (CPOs) staff. Major responsibilities include to establish a
relationship with all stakeholders, and technical training for partners
as necessary.
He / She should conduct tasks within the proposed scope of work:- Take the responsibility of maintaining quality plant construction and after-sales services by Construction Partner Organizations (CPO)s
- Visit plant construction sites regularly. All plants constructed in the assigned province needs to be visited for quality control, and assisting partners to solve any technical matters
- Give a direction and provide feedback to Construction Partner Organizations (CPO) on technical improvement
- Ensures that CPOs perform their job responsibilities set out in the Participation Agreement including the organization of Biogas and Bioslurry training done by CPOs
- Monitor and make a report of the Mason Training activities.
- Fill up quality control forms correctly and accurately and send to National Biogas Program Support Office (NBPSO) for records
- Reviewing a quality control forms submitted by construction partners companies, and send to NBPSO for records
- Provide reports and/or any feedbacks to Provincial Coordinator, Technical Specialist, and Deputy Program Manager on technical, and non-technical matters
- Participate in biogas plant engineering when required
- Actively participate in finding and developing new project or program initiatives in Province area including program development to various biogas market segments
- Represent the Provincial Coordinator for his absence
- Closely coordinate with the Provincial Coordinator for crucial decisions.
- Take initiative to hold meeting with stakeholders and coordinate with the Provincial Coordinator in its implementation
- Actively participate in finding for new potential area and their new potential partner with different segment from dairy cow or any farms.
- Participate in other assignment when required
Qualification :
1. Diploma Degree of Social, Agriculture, Technical, and any other disciplines 2. Energetic and able to work in team
3. Familiar with excel, word, and PowerPoint
Expected knowledge and skills :
· Intermediate English
· Knowledge on energy issue or domestic biogas will be an advantage
· Able to work under minimum supervision
· A good team player
