Currently, We are looking for a tech firms or individuals who may be interested and able to do Room to Read Platform Testing with the following qualification:

ROOM TO READ PLATFORM – USER TESTING

Core responsibilities

• Develop/refine procedures to administer user testing of the platform with end users. 
• Administer user testing with a small group of teachers (5-10 persons) in Surabaya and/or Bali, including instructions on using bug tracking software. 
• Administer user testing with a small group of writers/illustrators (5-10 persons) in Jakarta, including instructions on using bug tracking software.
• Translate issues and bugs entered into the bug tracking software into English.   
• Record other verbal and written feedback from end users that may emerge outside of the bug tracking software.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in software user acceptance testing
• Use of bug tracking software
• Ability to develop testing scripts for primary, secondary and tertiary-level functionality enhancements/customizations
• Ability to work across cultures and languages when communicating about bugs/issue resolution
• Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
