PUSPADI
Bali is the NGO in Bali and East Indonesia providing combined
rehabilitation, education & training, empowerment and advocacy
programs to more than 4,900 local people with disabilities, including in
remote and inaccessible areas.
Puspadi Bali seeks Indonesian applicants for Operational Manager position.
About Operational Manager position:
Manage
and oversee operations of Puspadi Bali, including Human Recourses,
Finance and Program management by utilizing exceptional knowledge of
finance, strategic planning and leadership skill to support
organizational growth.
TOR includes Operational Oversight (Human Resources, Finance, Program Management)
a. Human Resources Management
i. Ensure staff development and managing staff work load and assignments.
ii. Ensure compliance with Puspadi Bali Personnel Manual and regulations and procedures.
b. Finance and accounting Management
i. Provide
mentorship and oversee the Finance Manager, to ensure the effective and
efficient usage of Puspadi Bali’s program and operational budget for
maximum impact.
ii. Internal
Control, cost efficiency, program management and budget audit to ensure
compliance with donor’s procedure and agreement. Build the capacity of
staff within the program to meet quality standards for all operations
functions for effective and efficient program implementation
c. Program Management
i. Provide
mentorship and oversee Program Manager to ensure the implementations of
program are achieved effective and efficiently as planned for maximum
impact.
ii. Monitor and evaluate Puspadi Bali’s program to improve current and future management of outputs, outcome and impact.
iii. Manage and ensure donor’s requirements and reporting (narrative, target and budget) are submitted in timely manner.
iv. P roduce
organizational mid-year and annual report to be circulated and publish
to the board members, donors, government and public audience/supporters
regularly.
Selection criteria
• Indonesian
nationality, preferably already based in Bali or willing to work in
Bali and deep familiarity with Indonesian yayasan regulation and
taxation.
• Minimum
S1/Bachelor Degree and 4-5 years of professional experience in Finance/
Accounting and Administration, including experience as Head of these
areas.
• Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English proficiency, verbal and writing.
• Responsible for the integrity of accounting system and program management of a Yayasan
• Experience in HR, general affairs, and administration inside a Yayasan.
• Team player. Ready to learn new skills & assume responsibilities flexibly.
• Incredible attention to detail with excellent management, organizational and leadership skills.
