Harmoni | Increasing Support for Tolerance and Inclusion
Request for Applications No. 6122.0118.RFA.01
Management Systems International is announcing a funding opportunity through a Request for Applications (RFA) for Indonesian organizations that can develop and carry out activities that will help Harmoni meet its objectives.

Harmoni is a four-year project that seeks to increase the resilience of Indonesian society to intolerance, radicalization and organizations using violence to pursue ideological ends. The project will support families, communities, youth, migrants and key institutions to increase their awareness of the risks related to radicalization. Harmoni aims to develop more effective tools and systems to bolster tolerance and counter the appeal of organizations promoting violence, reintegrate former terrorists and radicals, and support youth, migrants and other at-risk groups.
Grants under this RFA will be awarded through a two-stage process. Eligible applicants must first submit a Concept Note (Stage I). Short-listed applicants with concept papers will then be invited to develop a full Grant Application (Stage II) in conjunction with Harmoni. Grants to be awarded can vary in size up to a maximum of USD 150,000. MSI anticipates issuing multiple grants under this RFA during the funding period of one year from early 2019 to early 2020. The number of grants to be issued depends of the size of the grants issued. MSI anticipates awarding Simplified, Standard and/or Fixed Amount Awards (FAAs) to successful applicants.
