Since 2015, IDLO has been managing the Indonesia-Netherlands Rule of Law Fund (RoLF) program, which builds on Indonesian development plans and continues the efforts of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Jakarta to support the consolidation of the rule of law and reform agenda. The primary objective of the RoLF is to support the development of effective, accountable and inclusive justice sector institutions, ensuring equal access to justice in Indonesia.

Based on the MoU between the Government of Indonesia and the Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, IDLO is selected to ensure coherent and efficient management of the Indonesia-Netherlands Rule of Law Fund (“RoL Fund”), in alignment with the Indonesian National Long-Term Development Plan (RPJPN) 2005-2025.

As part of the ongoing implementation of the program, IDLO will conduct 2 (two) events which are Case-Law Seminar and Partner Coordination Meeting in December 2018. Therefore, IDLO will engage contract with event organizer for events management.

IDLO will award to company that gives the lowest price meeting technical aspect as follows:

1.    The ability to provide goods stated in the RFQ with no less than written requirements in timely manner.

2.    Minimum 3 years experiences in handling event such as seminars, trainings, FGDs with foreign organization and/or Indonesian Institution.

The company should submit following documents:

1.  Company Profile outlining experiences as mentioned on the technical aspect sections.

2.  A responsive, correct and complete filled quotation valid to 30 days upon submission date (Quotation form attached) meeting requirements the above-mentioned technical aspect.
