Applicant Conference: Thursday, 29 November 2018 at 15.00 AM Jakarta time, USAID-CEGAH office. Meeting organized to discuss existing questions or concern regarding the application process. Companies/organizations interested in submitting a proposal are encouraged to attend the applicant’s conference.

Deadline for submission of proposals: 18 December 2018 at 04.00 PM Jakarta time via e-mail to grants@msi-cegah.com with cc to: zkrishnamoorthy@msi-inc.com (emailed documents should be in MSWord and Excel).

Objective: To improve the public participation in monitoring the ASN ethics code

Geographic focus The RFA solicits applications for interventions that will be implemented in Banda Aceh, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Palangkaraya, Pontianak, Makassar, Kendari, and Ambon. In those cities, the selected grantee shall work with local governments and local communities.

Organizations eligible to apply:
Responsible, non-partisan legally-registered Indonesian civil society organizations (CSOs) or coalition of national and/or local CSOs, independent trade unions, professional associations, non-profit, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) including think tanks, research institutes, community-based organizations (CBOs) and Cooperatives which have strong networks in targeted areas and have the experience and good understanding in good governance, public complaint handling, and public service issues are encouraged to apply. For-profit firms may also apply, but please note no fee or profit is allowed under US Government regulations. Individuals and government entities are not eligible to apply under this RFA.

Expected Grant type: Fixed Amount Award

Grant Award, Anticipated Grant Size and Duration: Resultant award is expected to be well under IDR 3,683,250,000. Organizations must be able to show a recent history of implementing a minimum of one grant equal to a value of at least 50% of the amount they request under this RFA. Grant will be for up to 24 months in duration.
