Yayasan Plan International Indonesia Job Vacancy : Project Manager for BEST (Better Parenting Education to Reduce Stunting) Project

Yayasan Plan International Indonesia is presently implementing its country strategic 4 (CS 4) covering fiscal year 2017 to 2022, where the country objective has been defined as “to identify and facilitate the removal of obstacles that prevent children from enjoying their rights and participating fully in Indonesian society”. The organisation’s purpose is to “strive for a just world that advances children’s rights and equality for girls”. This goal will be achieved by providing technical support and implementing quality programs and projects through partnership. An effective and efficient communications strategy is a must for Plan Indonesia to share the outcomes of these projects to influence different actors, specially state authorities and to position Plan’s profile within and outside at different levels – starting from community, sub district, district to national, regional and international levels.

Yayasan Plan International Indonesia invites highly competent, experienced and committed professionals to fill the following position:

Project Manager for BEST (Better Parenting Education to Reduce Stunting) Project
Key Tasks : Create and pilot free educational games that provide context-specific health and nutrition advice to expectant and new parents and caregivers in Indonesia. A number of game types and communication channels will be explored and compared. For example, scenario-based games hosted on Interactive Voice Response (IVR), and/or a chatbot with visual imagery. Keeping the Innovation team informed – provide updates and report on learnings in regular meetings. Monitoring budget & implementation on a quarterly basis and sending it to project team. Liaising and support government & partner to monitor progress and deliveries. Upskilling in innovation courses by attending recommended webinars and courses. Engaging on the Innovation Network Workplace group by frequently sharing updates and learnings. Creating content for Planet 2.0, especially at the end of the project
 Knowledge, Skills, Behaviours, and Experience Required:
Knowledge & Experience: Background in social, development, early childhood education, communications, or public health management. Experience in project management. Experience in the design, implementation and evaluation of projects. Bachelor Degree, Master Degree will be of highly advantage. Experience working with Human Centered Design. Experience in managing Information, Communication, and Technology (ICT) or Innovation Project. Skills: Project management & implementation. Ability to lead as well as work in a team. Report writing. English. Human Centered Design (HCD). Technologically savvy. Microsoft Office Set
