(CS 4) covering fiscal year 2017
to 2022,
where the country objective has been defined as “to identify and facilitate the removal of obstacles that prevent children
from enjoying their rights and participating fully in Indonesian society”. The organisation’s purpose is to “strive
for a just world that advances children’s rights and equality for girls”. This
goal will be achieved by providing technical support and implementing quality
programs and projects through partnership. An effective and efficient
communications strategy is a must for Plan Indonesia to share the outcomes of
these projects to influence different actors, specially state authorities and
to position Plan’s profile within and outside at different levels – starting
from community, sub district, district
to national, regional and international levels.

Face
to Face Fundraising Admin Officer
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Indonesia Face to face fundraising
Data Performance : Accurately input daily monthly F2F team
performance report and produce performance analysis in a timely manner.
Verified fundraiser daily report and update to F2F report.
Accurately input all information in sign up form to Inhouse
Database. Provide weekly, monthly and year to date
performance. Ensure all the sign
up is verified based on the F2F fundraising team SOP. Data
inputting for F2F expenditure and income result. Generate venue performance report as per request. Indonesia F2F HR Data : Generate,
monitor and tracking recruitment report, this includes performing all the administration
process to run the recruitment in coordination with F2F recruitment team. As
an agent in providing HR data and contract in all F2F team. Collect all data of
new fundraiser on board for staff profile database and filing. Monitor
and update Fundraiser movement (location, job assignment, contract flow, etc)
and report to HR.
Working with HR
unit in preparing fundraiser payroll including benefit and incentives
accurately in timely manner.
Track Daily Workers
weekly performance and notification, include process the invoice for Daily
Workers payment.
Indonesia F2F Finance and Logistic: Working
with Central Admin Departement for
collect, produce and tracking all logistic procurement request according to the
agreed protocol and filling them appropriately. Oversee all stock of uniforms, F2F
device, display equipment, stationery and other F2F team material and
equipment’s. Ensure the adequate
supplies are available. Report
to finance to pay invoice from external agencies and other administration work.
Ensure all the
process of advance and settlement are correspond with finance protocol. Other related task : Any other duties as directed by the
Line Manager
Knowledge, Skills, Behaviours, and Experience Required:
Education: Minimum bachelor degree in related
field. Knowledge and Skill: Excellent
skills in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and CRM System. Self motivated, enthuastic and
professional approach to work. Ability
to create and interpret budgeting information. Attention to detail. Attitude:
High integrity. Loyal. Leadership and participatory. Commitment to community development. Commitment to area of
expertise. Experience: Has
experience working as admin
